Why does the status of my order read "Preparing Shipment"?If your order is in the Preparing Shipment phase, it means we've received it and are getting it ready to pack and ship.
By signing into your Starlink Account and choosing the order, you can see when your order is expected to ship. Due to large volume orders on various retail goods, we are presently experiencing extended shipping timeframes. Items are shipped as soon as they are available, so each item will arrive separately. If you order many things, one item will not cause the others to be delayed. Without any further delays, we usually dispatch Starlink Kits and Shop orders within 2 weeks. You will receive an email from Starlink Customer Support with a tracking number after an item in your purchase ships, and the status will change to Shipped. You may then monitor the status of your delivery on the FedEx and DHL websites. There are currently no expedited shipping options available. When will my order be delivered? |
